Saw the same empty dialog box symptoms as Chuck, and filling in the SSH client
field fixed it for me.

For the record, I upgraded from 1.1.0 to 1.1.1 (using the MSI package), and did
not reboot immediately.

Using Windows XP with SP1 and a boatload of hotfixes, and v0.54 of PuTTY (for
svn+ssh).
