[TSVN] Adding "Move" to the Repo Browser context menu

Hi,

We're happily using TortoiseSVN 1.1 here. Thanks to all for such great
work!

Small Issue:

Today I was showing a developer how to move a directory in the
repository using the TortoiseSVN Repo-Browser. I noticed that when you
right click a folder in the repo browser the context menu does not have
a "Move" option, only "Rename". It took a while to realize that the
"Rename" option could also move. This was confusing and very different
from normal UI where "Rename" only renames that object and "Move" will
move it. I realize at the repository level these operations are the
same in Subversion, but from a UI point of view it is confusing.

Suggestion:

(Easy option) Rename the existing "Rename..." option to "Rename/Move..."

(Better option) Rename the existing "Rename..." feature/dialog to
"Move..." and then add in a new "Rename..." option and dialog that will
only rename *that* particular object (i.e. if I have selected
/trunk/stuff/myproj then the dialog only shows "myproj" and will only
modify that path-level).

(Super pipe-dream additional feature) Support drag-and drop with a popup
context menu after you drop.

Thanks,

-Nathan
