Ok, I have found out what happens if you install a new version without
rebooting after the uninstall: it works just fine. You see, the
MoveFileEx with the delay-until-reboot uses a copy of the file to move.
And if a newer version is to be moved over an older version, that will work.

The newer one - I'm still learning and though newer information is
usually better than old information ;)
