Why did you do that? You're not repairing TSVN but updating to a newer version!

Also: the GUID's are not changed every day, so while you're using the
nightly builds, the msi thinks that the newer version isn't newer but
the same (since it has the same GUIDs). So you really have to
uninstall the old version before you install a nightly build.

Sure, sometimes the "repair" will work, but only if we don't add e.g.
new libraries to be installed or don't change the installer in any
major way (which recently happened).
