Over the long term, the best thing, in my opinion, is to work with the
Subclipse people to get the features you like best with TortoiseSVN
implemented in Subclipse.

I have never used this plugin, but there is someone who has written an
Eclipse plugin that enables you to use TortoiseSVN from within Eclipse.
