Why reopen the dialog? Hit F5 and you'll have the same effect.

If the "Debug" folder isn't versioned, then the command will fail, yes.
About the vanishing files even though there was an error:
fixed in revision 1814.

But the repository _is_ case sensitive. And so is the Subversion command
line client. So TSVN is too.
