I know this scenario but the all developers must have it's own webserver
and php on win acts sometimes differently than on unix. So we make each
developer identical web space which is the same as on production. So all
env variables exist etc. and there is no need for double checks.

Right now I'm trying to make user share visible to devel web server. And
also commint from my local folder sudently works fast (I don't know why).
