Matthew,

A colleague of mine had the problem that TSVN didn't behave properly after
upgrading to 1.1.0. He has been using some of the nightly builds before the
upgrade. For some reason the installed didn't replace all files. Maybe you
are bitten by this as well. If that's the case, uninstall TSVN *and* remove
C:\Program Files\TortoiseSVN before installing TSVN again. That helped in
our case.
