[TSVN] Superfluous Hotkey?

Checking the Italian translation i found what I think is a unwilled
mistake. The title of the Save As window is coded and displayed as Save
&As (line 3021). This gives an odd result in the dialog's title (see
attached image).
Is this of any help?
Last remark. I noticed that some languages in the Settings dialog are
displayed all in lower case while others have a capitol initial. Is
there any reason?
