[TSVN] REPORT request failed on '/projects/!svn/vcc/default'

Has there ever been a fix for this?

REPORT request failed on '/projects/!svn/vcc/default'

File not found: transaction 'oa', path
'/trunk/Clients/Clients.UTI/file.xml'

Only thing I can ever do is delete the entire directory...
