[TSVN] TSVN Docs [Was] TBlame colours

Hi Simon,

> I think Stefan has already committed them.

I noticed (a bit too late) :-)

By the way. Can we all agree that we use tabs for doc indentation, not
spaces? It's not consistent yet, I know... If everybody sets the tab width
in his favourite editor to whatever he likes, the indentation will be
consistent.
I plan to go through the docs tonight and synchronize all the patches that
were made to english and german since the 1.08 tag and I will fix the
indentation while doing this.
I'm also thinking about splitting the DUG into several smaller files and
place them in a subdirectory, maybe one for each section. While doing that,
I'd like to give these files names instead of numbers. If we ever rearrange
sections, we can do this by including them in a different order.

Something like:
&sect_update;
&sect_commit;
&sect_merge;

for including files & sections is easier to read (and understand) than:
&chap_01;
&chap_04;
&chap_03;

(deliberately out of order)

What do the other doc maintainers think?

Cheers
-Lübbe
