[TSVN] (more) Explorer-like Navigation in Repo Browser

From: Albrecht Moll <amoll_at_avat.de>

when you start improving the ease of use of the repo browser I have
additional features ideas:
- since arrow keys already work for expanding/collapsing nodes on the tree
wouldn't it be intuitive to allow moving the focus with the starting
letters of entries?
- RETURN key to open the file
- ALT-ENTER to open log (maybe not totally straightforward but closest to
properties...)

btw - is there any documentation for shortcuts (like 'C' exiting the repo
browser) I did not find yet? Does anyone use letter keys for repo browser
control?
(To my shame I must admit that I am still using the 1.0.6 and eagerly wait
for the 1.1 release. The flood of comments on the 1.0.7 kept me away from
any newer one.)
