Check the "servers" file in %APPDATA%\Subversion - that's the
subversion config file you have to use for that.

Unfortunately, we're in resource-freeze now. So this change has to
wait until 1.1.1.

You should request that feature on the subversion mailing list.

What version of TSVN are you using? In RC1, yes, the option to save
auth data does not work.
