[TSVN] Suggestion for Export

From: Nick Gilbert <nick_at_x-rm.com>

Hi,

I'm not sure if this is a silly suggestion or not but it would certainly
be useful:

It would be nice if there was a way to "export" the working copy to
another folder but include some files that are normally excluded or
ignored. Eg currently I export my ASP.NET website, it's missing the bin
directory so it doesn't work. But we don't have visual studio on the
webserver so you have to remember to go and copy the missing DLLs into
the bin folder again after you've done the export.

If I was to include my BIN folder under version control, is this a
stupid idea? Would my repo become massive very quickly?

If I did this, I would then be able to checkout the live tag (or simply
updating) directly to the webservers root - which would make making
changes live much easier than guessing which files I've changed and
ftping them over.

Nick...
