[TSVN] Translation Status report for r1695

Hi Folks,

TortoiseSVN supports 18 languages now, which is absolutely great!
Since announcing the feature freeze last week, most of the language packs
for TortoiseSVN have been updated to 100%. Five language packs however have
not been maintained for two months. I list these here, hoping that the
original maintainer (or someone else) will pick it up.

Subversion 1.1 is released.
