[TSVN] Cache pwd fails

Hello,

We use TortoiseSVN to access a password protected repository. TSVN
always prompts for the userid/pwd even though the property is set

[auth]
store-auth-creds=yes

and the contents of the cache file are ok

svn:auth:password
V 12
pwdhere
K 17
svn:auth:username
V 11
domain\useridhere
K 15
svn:realmstring
V 58
<http://wjanbebe113904:8090> CHAINS2 Subversion repository
END

This can be very anoying having to enter the password all the time.
