[TSVN] Locked out of TSVN website

Before you tell me, I know this is nothing to do with TSVN. I just tried to
register on the Tigris site, and it went wrong somewhere. Now every time I
try to access anything to do with TSVN/SVN I just get messages telling me I
do not have permission to access Project Page - View, Project Content -
View, Users - Self - View, etc.

It then tells me to contact the administrator, but does not say how, and
since all the help and feedback pages are similarly locked out I have no way
of getting to the admin. I can't even find the cookie to delete. Any ideas
how I get back permission to exist?
