Ok, 1.5GB is not quite right ;)
In fact, it would be a lot less than that. And you don't need python,
perl and wix, just Subversion and the apr you already dowloaded with the
apache source.

I can zip you the libs you need and send it to you via private mail if
you want. 617kBytes (7zip format).
