[TSVN] TBlame

I like the new Blame app (tried it from last nights nightlies). A few
notes:

o The title bar only displays 'TBlame - ' with no file name
o The hint isn't displayed when hovering over the user name
o For longer log messages, the hint dis-appears to quickly. Could it
stay until the user moves the mouse again?

But nice work so quickly!
