I'm a bit confused. Maybe I'm just missing something, but the
TortoiseSVN ignore-and-then-adding strategy is not too clear to me.
Practical example (TSVN Rev 1638): I added a file to a folder and
instructed TortoiseSVN to ignore it. Right-clicking on the specific file
brings up the contextual menu, where TSVN shows (correctly) the Add
option. Here is the problem: if I click on it (trying to add the file)
the Add window shows no entry (since the file is ignored). I cannot even
correct the problem by using "Properties" option (because on ignored
file the TSVN tab doesn't shows up).
An I miss something or this is really a dead-end?
