[TSVN] Can't delete entire working copy

Hi, I'm trying to get rid of an old working copy, but Windows Explorer
is reporting this, after about a minute wait:

Error Deleting File or Folder
Cannot delete HEADER~1.SVN: Cannot find the specified file.
Make sure you specify the correct path and file name.

This is on Windows XP Pro. And I have admin priv. on this computer.

I'd like to start over with a fresh working copy (updating this working
copy is failing, too), but I can't seem to get rid of this folder.

I've upgraded to the latest TortoiseSVN (1/0.8, Build 1430).
