Seems you're using a TSVN version 1.0.x.
I'm sorry, but with those versions it's not possible. But you're lucky:
Subversion 1.1.0 can do that, i.e. they have implemented the
"follow-history" feature on almost all commands. So, you can either wait
until TSVN 1.1.0 comes out (about the same time Subversion 1.1.0 does)
or use the RC1 release. There it will work.
