[TSVN] Cannot uninstall TortoiseSVN (v1.0.8) in WinXP which is upgraded from Win98

I installed TortoiseSVN in Win98 environment, then I upgrade it to WinXP.

TortoiseSVN complains of not using Win98 even when I want to uninstall it.

Is there any way to uninstall TortoiseSVN in this suituation? Manually? So
that I can install the UNICODE version.
