Several co-workers made the same mistake as I. The option's text nor
tooltip mention anything about recursive nature (I see that has been
changed now--good job!). Also, the layout of the option page could be
adjusted.

I think the cause of confusion is from the lack of a single Icon Overlays
/ Column Headers On/Off switch. It's not intuitive that the overlays are
always on for the drives selected. If there was an option on top, "Enable
overlays" which enables/disables all other overlay options, then it would
be intuitive that you don't need the "Indicate folders with changed
contents" option.

Also, I suspect the "Indicate folders with changed contents" option is
seldom used (especially considering it's expense). As such, I don't think
it should be the first option on that page. Perhaps swap the location of
the Drive Types group w/ the first two options.
