Yes. Forgot to mention that you should add the svn:ignore for the "real"
file so it doesn't show up in the commit dialog. TSVN does that with
TortoiseVars.tmpl and TortoiseVars.bat (the real file) too.
And also with version.in and version.h.

This is already in the FAQ in HEAD. With an example.
(not on the website yet, though)
