[TSVN] missing icon overlays on NT4 and RC1

Just had an idea what _could_ be a reason for the overlays not to work.
Could someone with NT4 and RC1 installed please try the following:
set the env variable APR_ICONV_PATH to the iconv path of TSVN
(c:\program files\TortoiseSVN\iconv)
and then restart the computer.

And don't forget to report back here if something changed ;)
