is it somewhere in 1473? you write a complete new Submenu for ignore list

really? wow good coding!
perhaps it's something similar to the issue in 1.0.8 by switching to the
new Visual Studio. But in 1.0.8 the icon overlay worked good.
Couldn't you throw an exception if some function is missing? perhaps the
program is exiting simply here by drawing the icons.

But we could also wait if more users test rc1 on nt and complaining. I'm
quite happy because my explorer is really fast now :-)

I'm too but there are more users than I and if you support official NT4
you do because it's in the filename :-) than there are other ppl
worriyng about.
