[TSVN] commit deletes missing dir

Hi folks,

I'm a little bit confused about the behavior of TSVN 1.0.8 (svn 1.0.6) on
deleted directories

I deleted a dir which was under svn control with Explorer delete (not with
TSVN remove)

Then I wanted to commit my other changes
The commit dialog showed up with 'missing' status and a selected checkbox
for the deleted dir.
Then I committed and the missing directory was deleted in repository.

I tried this with the svn commandline client and it refused the commit
with following message:
'Working copy 'PathToDeletedDir' not locked'

If I remember correctly this was the behavior of TSVN in previous versions
too.
Maybe the 'missing' status should be changed to 'deleted' if this behavior
of TSVN is the right one.

So far
