Why should 1.1.0.1526 be "lesser" than 1.0.8.1430? That's not true!
Sure, the installer is slightly smaller, but that's because now
Subversion doesn't link statically to the apr libs anymore but uses them
as shared dll's. And since in TSVN _three_ programs link against
Subversion (Shell extension, TortoiseProc.exe and TortoiseMerge.exe)
this saves a lot of space.
