[TSVN] Log when using repo browser

When using the repo browser there is some unexpected behaviour (at least by
me) when using the log.
(TSVN 1.0.8 r1430)

Open the repo browser on a repository.
Click on the revision button and enter a revision number that is not HEAD.
Right click on a folder and select Show Log.
 - the log now shows all messages _forward_ from the selected revision
Click 'Get All'.
 - the log now shows all messages _backward_ of the selected revision (but
not the forward ones).

I like the behaviour that the log shows some forward messages, so I don't
want that removed, however, when 'Get All' is clicked it should show all
messages - forward and backward. Perhaps initially the log could show 100
messages (or whatever the setting is) centred around the specified revision.

I don't know if this behaviour is a result of the log viewer or repository
browser. If it is the latter this raises the question: when can we expect a
new edition of the repo browser promised by Thomas Epting. I am not pushing,
I am just interested to know - I have held off a bit on comments on the
existing one in anticipation. If some testing is required and I can help,
please let me know.
