This would have been enough. See, _that_ what you want to do. The whole
feature request you sent was about how you wanted to do it, but those
last two lines actually describe _what_ you want to do.

You have to use svk for this. TortoiseSVN and Subversion don't provide
that kind of functionality. And if TSVN would implement "patchfiles"
like you want, you still would have troubles doing what you want to do.
So just use svk, which was developed exactly for this.
