[TSVN] Patch for TSVN manual

Hope this is the right place to submit patches.

This adds a new 4.13.3 "Getting all log messages" section, describing the
function of the "Get All" button in the Show Log dialog.

There are also corrections for a few minor typos in the vicinity.

Note: The new 4.13.3 displaces the old 4.13.3 to 4.13.4. I don't think this
breaks the context sensitive help, but I am not certain of the link
mechanism.

The pdf & html files build OK (same error messages as before the change),
but chm is untested.

Sorry, these changes are in the English version only. If my German was as
good as your English ...
