[TSVN] Repository dump/load

From: Simon Large <slarge_at_blazepoint.co.uk>

Imagine another doomsday scenario (I am so happy really).

As a sole developer, I download and install TSVN and use it all the time
(with local repository) for a couple of years. Then I hear about new
features which will be useful to me and I go to get the latest version, but
the database format has changed. And, oh dear, I did not download svnadmin
at the same time I downloaded my original TSVN, so I can't dump/load my
existing database.

Can I suggest adding dump/load facilities to the Repo-browser?

Or alternatively just include svnadmin in the TSVN msi (with release number
tagged on the end of the filename so it doesn't quietly get overwritten on
upgrade)?

Or failing that, a strong hint in the manual to download the same version of
SVN that this
release is based on?

Simon.
