Not only the shell stuff! NT4 is missing so many API's and features it's
a nightmare to work around those!

It's in our FAQ, actually:
For WinNT: ie5setup.exe /c:"ie5wzd /e:IE4Shell NTx86 /I:Y"
(or ie6setup.exe instead of ie6setup.exe)
