[TSVN] Italian translation

Hello everybody,

This is my first post in this mailing list. I discovered TortoiseSVN quite
recently, but I was impressed by the quality of the product. Nevertheless I
noticed that there isn't any Italian translation, so I jumped on it. Now,
after a few days, I'm happy to say that the translation is quite finished. I
(with Tiziano Besomi's help)have to check it for some inconsistencies, but I
think I'll post the "official" .po file in the next couple of days.

Let me know what do you think about this.
