Almost but not exactly. An export is always guaranteed to be at a
certain revision of the repository, but working copies can have
different parts that are at different versions. So you should do an
Update of the entire working copy first.

But yes, removing all the .svn directories will give you just a "normal"
exported copy of what's in the repository.
