[TSVN] A couple of small requests

a) Last time I used the repo-browser (probably 1.0.6), when you
collapsed and then re-expanded a folder, the folder refreshed. This is
nolonger the case in 1.0.8. Is this desired behaviour or was it
accidentally changed? I found the original way much more useful when
you open up the repo-browser halfway down the repo, but need to get to
another branch (folder) quickly

b) Could the merge dialog be widened, so you can see more of the URL?
It is very narrow at the moment.

c) Could there be a check box in the 'To' group to say use same URL as
'From' so you don't have to select it twice?
