[TSVN] Problem opening files

Two different problems with similar systems (using ver 1.0.7)

I use 'Edit' of Subversion configuration file : Notepad opens with filename
'.txt', which is empty (non-existent)

When I use the Repo-Browser, I can use Show Log, Show Info etc.
But when I use Open: Notepad opens with an error message 'Invalid syntax for
filename, directory or volume label', and the window is empty.

It seems there is some setup missing, but I can't find out how to influence
the link to Notepad. It there some parameter?
