[TSVN] Three queries!

From: Hughes, Bill <Bill.Hughes_at_cox.co.uk>

1) I have two working copies where I have overlays telling me there are
uncommitted changes. When I try to commit the WCs the commit dialog only has
the folder name with
'modified(P only)'. If I try to commit this I get an error:
"Commit failed (details follow):
Out of date 'DP79A/trunk' in transaction '76'"
The transaction umber is incremented each time and the current revision is
183.
'Clean up' doesn't fix this.
BTW if there are other files which have been modified and I click on the
folder in the commit dialog to de-select then all the files are de-selected
too and have to be added back manually then the file commits work. And this
is not new, it was there in 1.0.6 - I've just got round to searching the
list, docs etc before asking.

2) Is there any reasonable easy way to *totally* delete files from the
repository? I accidentally added a 200MB data file to a wc and when I
realised I deleted it, but it's still there in older revs, which means my
'svnadmin dump' backups take a long time and my repo is now 1GB+ :-(
I'm wondering if I have to edit my dump file by hand and load this to a new
repo to cure this problem.

3) When using the repo-browser: if I open the repo browser using the tsvn
context menu on a non-versioned folder I can browse the entire tree - I can
go up and down into different folders. If I do the same on a folder which
contains a wc I can only see the folders for that wc, I used to be able to
go up to the top of the repo and down into another project/folder. This is
an improvement in the positioning of the location in the repo browser, but
the inability to navigate elsewhere is inconvenient.
