[TSVN] Web counter on download page

Hi Steve,

I noticed there's a web counter on this page:

http://tortoisesvn.tigris.org/download.html

for the new TortoiseSVN. I use wget to pull these down to on our internal web
site for people to download them, but wget breaks and just downloads an
index.html file:

% wget
'http://webcounter.goweb.de/14674LINK-0&http://tortoisesvn.tigris.org/files/documents/406/14809/TortoiseSVN-1.0.7-UNICODE_svn-1.0.6.msi'

            => `TortoiseSVN-1.0.7-UNICODE_svn-1.0.6.msi'

Can we fix that? I understand you'd like to know how many downloads you get,
but if there's a way that doesn't break wget, that would be much better.

Regards,
Blair
