Thanks for the try, but it doesn't work. Seems you didn't use
Subversion or TSVN to create the patch, and TortoiseMerge can't work
with such patchfiles.
But I'd rather have it if you send the whole file anyway - much less
work for me because I can just copy the new file over. The translation
files are a little "special" because it's _guaranteed_ that I don't
have any local modifications to them ;)
