Like that:

restext apply TortoiseProcLang.dll TortoiseProc1026.dll Tortoise_bg.po 1026
restext apply TortoiseMergeLang.dll TortoiseMerge1026.dll Tortoise_bg.po 1026

It creates the lang DLLs without a complaint. And the "File version" (from the Properties dialog in
Explorer) for the freshly created DLLs says "1.0.6.1200", "Product Version" is also "1, 0, 6, 1200".
Is that normal?
