[TSVN] (future) feature idea

Hi,

I've been thinking about how to tie up changes in code back to a
revision, and the blame tool works for this.

I wondered if a future idea might be to do a custom blame displayer
rather than a text editor, so you could find a line, and it would
automatically show you the commit comment for that line/section of lines
(possibly similar to one-pane TME, so lines commited in the same
revision are coloured as one block, with the comment for that block
shown in an expanded version of the diff bar at the bottom of the window.
