[TSVN] Antwort: [TSVN] 64-bit XP shell extension.

Win64 apps cannot load 32 bit dlls. Hence, 32-bit in-proc shell
extensions will not be available in a 64 bit explorer.

There might be a (temporary and Win64 only) workaround: make TSVN
available as an out-of-process shell extension. The proper solution,
however, is a true 64-bit TSVN. That topic has been discussed here
a few days before.
