[TSVN] TSVN 1.0.6 - Hanging for 1 user only

I have upgraded to 1.0.6 and am experiencing the same problem.

Hi,
I have TSVN 1.0.4 installed on my Windows XP machine, talking to
svnserve 1.0.2 running on a Windows 2K server.

Earlier today, in the middle of a commit, TSVN hung on me. Up until
this point, I had no problems whatsoever. Now, I cannot view or
access the repository that I was committing to without the process
hanging (although I can view other repositories). Other users on my
network with the same TSVN version accessing the same repository have
no problems at all. I have tried rebooting my machine and restarting
the svnserve process on the server with no effect.

I have googled and read through the FAQs, but couldn't find anything
(although I did have rather loose terms, not having an error message).

Could someone please point me in the direction of how I could fix this?
