Maybe less practicable, but definitely faster! I mean not faster to set
the ignores up, but faster when browsing that dirs later. If you have a
list of several files to ignore it takes much more time to parse that
list and check for a file to match that list as if you have just one
entry in the ignore list but with a mask.
