FW: [TSVN] Windows 98 Exception with repo-browser

I have just installed 1.0.8 on the 98 machines and the crash is still there. I cannot seem to make it generate a crash report, this is the output from the windows exception.

TORTOISEPROC caused an exception 03H in module KERNEL32.DLL at 017f:bff768a1.

Thanks for sending the crashreport. I _think_ I fixed it now - we can
definitely see when the next release is out.
