[TSVN] Instalation problem

I'm trying to install TortoiseSVN TortoiseSVN-1.0.6-UNICODE_svn-1.0.4.msi on my
computer, running Windows XP Sp1 Russian.

When I - Click 'Next' to start the installation,
next page says

 "
 The installer was interrupted before TortoiseSVN could be installed. You need
to restart the installer to try again.
 Click "Close" to exit
"
What can I do?
Should I install SVN 1.0.4 (I've installed SVN 1.0.6)?
