[TSVN] Icon-Overlay

Hi!

We all know, on large folders TSVN-Icon-Overlay is really slow. Now I
found a explorer-extension to show the foldersize in a column (see
http://www.codeproject.com/shell/DirectorySize.asp). The browsing-speed
is not slowed down, because the calculating is in background. Is this
possible for the icon-overlay too?
