I had a similar thing >2 years ago when working with MS Sql Server 2000
Enterprise Manager - no TSVN / SVN installed naturally.
This happened when opening the Overview for a DB (don't remember to accurate
terms - is it the "Task" pane?) and could be avoided when clicking some other
option beforehand (which I also forgot)
The point is: MS SQL Server Tools can get into such a state by it's own right
and this issue might rather be a MS SQL Server related one than a TSVN/SVN
related one.
Greetings,
M
